【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationofthetappeddensityphysicalcharacteristicofmetallicpowdersandcompounds.Thedegreeofcorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestmethodandthequalityofpowdersinusewillvarywitheachparticularapplicationandhasnotbeenfullydetermined.1.1Thistestmethodspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftapdensity(packeddensity)ofmetallicpowdersandcompounds,thatis,thedensityofapowderthathasbeentapped,tosettlecontents,inacontainerunderspecifiedconditions.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
